The TenancyTrace Android app keeps inspection records on your device. The current app does not send those records to LilGenius Labs, and it has no accounts, cloud sync, advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting service. Information leaves the app only when you choose to export or share it.
Who we are and scope
TenancyTrace is operated by LilGenius Labs in Singapore. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the TenancyTrace Android application (the “App”), visit tenancytrace.com (the “Website”), or contact us about the product.
This policy describes the current offline-first version of the App. If we later introduce accounts, cloud storage, analytics, advertising, automated crash reporting, or another feature that changes how information is handled, we will update this policy before or when that change takes effect.
Information handled in the app
You decide what information to enter or attach. Depending on how you use the App, on-device records may include:
- property addresses, unit numbers, postal codes, property types, floor plans, and room labels;
- Move-In and Move-Out inspection details, dates, room observations, remarks, and revision history;
- optional photographs, cropped images, and flattened photo annotations;
- signer names, signature images, signer roles, and signing timestamps; and
- generated PDF reports and local technical identifiers used to connect properties, rooms, observations, and revisions.
This information may include personal data or confidential property information. LilGenius Labs does not receive or host this App content in the current version.
How the app uses information
The App processes information locally on your device to provide the functions you request, including creating property records, documenting room observations, linking Move-Out inspections to Move-In baselines, adding photographs and annotations, collecting acknowledgements, preserving finalized reports and revisions, and generating PDFs.
The current App does not use App content for advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, AI training, or sale to third parties.
Device features and permissions
The current Android build does not declare Internet, location, microphone, advertising ID, broad media-library, or direct camera permissions.
- Camera
- When you choose to take a photo, the App asks an external camera application to capture it. The resulting image is copied into App-controlled local storage only after you complete that action.
- File or photo picker
- When you choose an existing floor plan or photo, Android’s system picker gives the App access only to the item you select. The App does not scan your full media library.
- Share sheet
- When you share a PDF, Android grants temporary access to that file to the recipient or application you select.
- Backup
- Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for App files, databases, preferences, and external App data.
Website and email enquiries
Website visits
The Website is a static Cloudflare Pages site. We do not use our own analytics, advertising trackers, user accounts, or a server-side form database. Cloudflare may process basic request information—such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals—to deliver and protect the Website.
Pilot and support emails
The founding-partner form prepares a draft in your own email application. Nothing is submitted to or stored by the Website when you press the form button. If you choose to send the email, we receive the information in that message, which may include your name, organisation, email address, monthly handover volume, workflow details, and anything else you provide. We use it to respond, assess pilot suitability, provide support, and maintain relevant business records.
Service providers and international processing
We use service providers only where needed to operate the Website and communications. Cloudflare hosts and secures the Website, and our email provider processes messages sent to us. These providers may process limited information on infrastructure outside Singapore under their own security and privacy arrangements.
On Android, external camera, picker, share, email, messaging, storage, or printing applications are chosen or operated through your device. Their processing is governed by their own policies, not this one.
Retention and deletion
On-device App records
App records remain on your device until you delete them through the App, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App. Finalized reports may intentionally be immutable inside the App; where the App supports it, corrections are made through revisions rather than overwriting the original. Uninstalling or clearing storage may permanently remove local records because cloud backup and sync are not provided.
Deleting an App record does not delete PDFs or other copies that you previously exported, shared, printed, or saved elsewhere.
Messages sent to us
We retain emails and related business correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, provide support, evaluate or manage a pilot relationship, keep appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We then delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.
Security
The App reduces network exposure by keeping current inspection content local and disabling Android backup and device transfer. You remain responsible for securing your device, controlling who can unlock it, protecting exported files, and choosing safe sharing destinations.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures for information that we receive through email or Website infrastructure. No device, transmission, storage system, or security measure can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy rights
- You control what information is entered, photographed, signed, exported, or shared through the App.
- You can delete editable records through the App where that function is available, or remove all local App data by clearing storage or uninstalling.
- You may choose not to send a prepared pilot email.
- You may ask us to access or correct personal data that we actually hold about you, or withdraw consent where applicable, subject to Singapore law and any permitted exceptions.
Because LilGenius Labs does not receive current App records, we cannot access, correct, restore, or delete those on-device records for you. For information you have sent to us, contact hello@lilgeniuslabs.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children’s privacy
TenancyTrace is a professional property-documentation tool and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal data. If you believe a child has sent personal data to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy when the product, law, or our practices change. We will publish the revised version at this same URL and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Website, App, or another appropriate channel.
