TenancyTrace helps Singapore property professionals create a structured, room-by-room baseline, preserve what was acknowledged, and return to it when the tenancy ends—even offline.

Evidence should have a route,
not disappear into a camera roll.

A photo proves very little
when nobody remembers where it belongs.

TenancyTrace turns scattered evidence into a record with a place, a moment, and a relationship to what came before.

Built for the field.
Exact where it matters.

The current Android application already covers the core handover record. The founding pilot exists to prove the workflow in real Singapore transactions—not to sell a roadmap as finished software.

01

Capture offline

Keep the walkthrough moving even when the signal does not.

02

Anchor every observation

Rooms and floor-plan labels give each note a place.

03

Link the return journey

Compare Move-Out against the original Move-In record.

04

Close the record clearly

Signatures, finalization, PDFs, and visible revisions preserve what happened.

Clear about what it is—and what it is not.

TenancyTrace documents observations. It does not certify a property, determine responsibility, or guarantee a dispute outcome.

Put the next real handover on the route.

We are inviting a small group of Singapore property professionals to test TenancyTrace in real Move-In and Move-Out work and help establish the workflow that matters.

  • Rental-focused property agents and team leaders
  • Boutique property managers
  • Relocation and inspection providers

Before you step inside.

Is TenancyTrace a building-inspection or defect-diagnosis service?

No. TenancyTrace documents observations and evidence for rental handovers. It does not certify structural condition, diagnose defects, determine liability, or decide fair wear and tear.

Does it work without internet access?

The current Android application is offline-first, so field capture, annotations, signatures, and report preparation do not depend on a reliable connection.

Can I compare Move-Out against Move-In?

Yes. TenancyTrace supports linked Move-Out inspections so the return condition can be reviewed against the original baseline. It also supports standalone Move-Out records when no baseline exists.

Who is the founding-partner pilot for?

Singapore rental-focused agent teams, boutique property managers, relocation firms, and inspection providers who conduct recurring residential handovers.
